open for the 2025-2026 school year.

  Half Day 3K
  Half day students are able to partake in wrap around daycare Monday-Friday year-round.
  Daycare is open 6:45AM- 6:00PM daily.
  Class sections will be finalized based on enrollment and may need to be adjusted.
  
  Class Sizes
  18 students per class section with a teacher and educational assistant.
  
  Class Times
  7:50AM-10:45AM.
  
  Calendar
  Will follow the Sacred Hearts School calendar with the exception of start date. The first day of 3K will be slightly after the K-8 students.
  
  Lunch and Transportation
  Lunch and transportation are not provided for 3K students.
Curriculum

  This program's curricular focus is on social and emotional development through exploration and play.
  
  It paves the way for their 4K experience the following year.
  
  Catholic Identity
  
  Students will be learning the Catholic faith through prayer and faith-based celebrations.

  Summer program for ages 4-12; child must be entering 4K in Fall.

Admissions
- 3K Admission
  
  3K students must be 3-years-old on or before September 1st of the year they will be enrolled.
  
  Registration will be open to new applicants on a first-come, first-serve basis with preference given to the following order:
  
  Families with at least one child attending Sacred Hearts School K-8.
  
  Parent is a school or parish staff member of Sacred Hearts or St. Albert's.
  
  Catholic families who are registered, contributing members of Sacred Hearts or St. Albert's with the $50 registration fee paid at the time of registration.
  
  Registered members of other Catholic parishes.
  
  Non-Catholic families.
  
  If you are seeking to enroll your child at Sacred Hearts School, please contact the school office at 608-837-8508 to schedule a meeting with the principal.
Registration Information
- A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required for ALL students upon submitting their registration form.
  
  Fees can be paid with a check payable to Sacred Hearts School or via FACTS for current families.
  
  Enrollment will be determined based on the Admissions criteria (see the Admissions tab on the left).
